How do I arrange for the food to be picked up?

Once your food drive is completed, please email distribution@aucklandcitymission.org.nz to organise drop off or pick up of your items. 
Our Food Security team are at 69 Boston Rd, Grafton.  There is a small amount of parking.  Any drop offs can go there during week days 8.30 to 4.30pm.  They do need to know you’re coming to ensure there is someone to meet you.  

Can I drop off or have the food picked up during the weekend?

No.  The Boston Road Food Security site is closed and our paid staff are not asked to work during the weekends.  

I've changed my mind and want to collect food as well as funds.  Or vice versa.  What do I do?

You can register for a food drive or to collect funds any time by choosing the options above.  It is fine to choose both.  If you get stuck, please email us: fundraising@aucklandcitymission.org.nz and we are happy to help.
Can you come and do a talk or present about the Mission's work to our group to inspire them - or thank them at the end of the drive?

We would love to be able to offer this but struggle with capacity to do many talks.

Could our group come and volunteer to pack food for the Mission?

Please contact our Volunteer Coordinator to request this.  
The Mission has some volunteering opportunities for groups to pack food or sort donations.  
Please be aware that we have a health and safety requirement that all our volunteers must be age 18+.
