We’re Auckland Angels this Christmas!
We’re coming together to help put food on the table and presents under the tree for Auckland families who are struggling this Christmas.
When everyone around them is planning to celebrate with gifts, food and whānau, many families will be wondering how they can give their children a Christmas gift and a special meal.
You can help. Donate new, unwrapped gifts or food to our collection and we’ll deliver them to the Auckland City Mission.
No time to shop? Buy a gift through the Angel Shop and the Mission will make sure it reaches a child this Christmas. Your gift will also be added to our collection total.

Gifts can be left at the office or the Auckland Angels box in the Gathering Area (GA). Food can be left in the GA shopping trolley
🎁 What gifts can I donate?
We appreciate donations of new, unwrapped and non-battery operated gifts. Here are some suggestions:
Rattles, night lights, bath toys, teething rings
Puzzles, soft toys, LEGO, craft kits, dolls/action figures
Sports balls, scarves, hats, beach towels, gift vouchers, Prezzy Cards
Board games, books, stationery, reusable drink bottles, toiletries, Prezzy Cards
Note: Due to sizing challenges, please do not gift clothing. Thank you.
🥫 What food can I donate?
We appreciate all donations of non-perishable, alcohol free food items. Here are some suggestions:
- Tinned goods like soup, fruit, vegetables, pasta, fish and baked beans
- Rice, pasta and pasta sauces
- Breakfast cereals, muesli bars
- Spreads such as jam, honey or peanut butter
- Flour and sugar
- Christmas treats, such as mince pies, biscuits and chocolate
- Baby food and nappies
- Toilet rolls
- Soap, shampoo, deodorant
- Feminine hygiene products
