I'm taking on The Big Mission Home!
I am taking part in The Big Mission Home this March to raise funds for the Auckland City Mission - Te Tāpui Atawhai.
For more than a century, the Mission has been supporting Aucklanders in their times of need - providing nutritious food, homes, crisis support, medical care and dignity. As the Mission responds to unprecedented demand for their essential services, they need our help more than ever.

Saturday 23rd Mar I made it to the end, sore feet, sore hip flexors, and a partner beside me with sore emotions 😅 (she’s all good don’t worry) and I couldn’t help thinking “well that’s never happening again”
I miscalculated
Saturday 23rd Mar We’ll after getting to mission bay I was actually a lot more hopeful, bearing in mind I had done the round the bays run a few weeks ago so I knew what I was in for at this point but I sorely miscalculated my physical abilities 😶🌫️
Wet feet
Saturday 23rd Mar So the route I took was definitely based around sleeping in 😅 I left from home, walked to Newmarket to grab some oats, then waltzed in the rain to mission bay.Thank you to everyone!
