The weekend 7th & 8th March
Sunday 8th MarWhen I woke up Saturday morning with a tightness in my chest, I knew I was in for a chest infection, as I was lying in bed contemplating my day, feeling terrible I thought how am I going to do my 7000 steps each day this weekend for @marchmission.
Then my gratitude kicked in, that I have a warm bed, food in the fridge and the availability to purchase antibiotics if needed. I thought about those that I am walking to fundraise for and for some they are not afforded what is now a privilege to have. Don’t get me wrong I am not wealthy, like every one I have my struggles, however there is always someone worse off.
I once heard the most sobering thing for me …..there are many of us now that are just a flat tyre or job loss away from seeking help ourselves.
I love the likes but what I would really like is if you could afford me a donation, that is tax deductible.
