I've misplaced my receipt, how do I request a replacement?
You can email the team at receipts@aucklandcitymission.org.nz with details about your donation (date, amount, how you donated) and we will email you a replacement copy.
How do I update my contact details?
Please email our team at receipts@aucklandcitymission.org.nz with your updated address, email address and phone number. We will confirm once this is updated on our system.

Will I get a tax deductible receipt for my donation?
Yes! If you're donating online, you will receive an email with your receipt attached immediately.

What is my Donor ID?
Your donor ID helps us recognise who has made a donation so that we can send you a receipt.
It will be on any letter or receipt you've received from us, but you can always email or phone us to confirm it.
